QuietSkypress offers top-tier yacht charter services, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate retreats

  • Extended charters

All services are provided subject to availability and weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or cease services at our discretion without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be no younger than 18 years old
  • Submit precise and complete details
  • Make the necessary deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking comes only after we receive your payment and provide written confirmation. We hold the authority to refuse service to any individual at our own discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are dependent on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will exert best efforts to accommodate your chosen dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and cover applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to modification without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost required during the booking
  • Balance: Must be paid 48 hours before the charter departure
  • Additional charges (where applicable): Due after completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. We manage payment processing via secure, encrypted services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Reimbursement of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the conditions be deemed unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter without extra costs to the nearest available date
  • Issue a full refund when rescheduling isn't viable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there's a mechanical issue with your designated vessel, we will make efforts to offer an appropriate substitute. If no substitute is forthcoming, you will be reimbursed in full.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Adhere to all instructions provided by the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within designated areas onboard the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items that are prohibited onboard include, but are not limited to:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Non-alcoholic beverages (beyond modest consumption)
  • Pets (unless allowed beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave in a courteous and respectful manner. We reserve the authority to end a charter prematurely without a refund if the conduct of a passenger jeopardizes safety or interrupts the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the sum paid for your charter. We shall not be held accountable for:

  • Injuries sustained by passengers due to their own negligence
  • Loss or harm to personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages of any sort
  • Delays attributable to weather or events outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive marine insurance for our boats and operations. Guests are responsible for acquiring their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you acknowledge the natural dangers involved and you accept responsibility for your safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables owing to weather, safety, or operational necessities. We will aim to offer comparable alternatives whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or alterations arising from conditions beyond our ability to control, inclusive of but not restricted to:

  • Severe weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Governmental directives
  • Closure of ports
  • Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your confidential data is processed in alignment with our Privacy Policy. By employing our services, you give permission for the collection and application of your information as delineated in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
