What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — for instance, sunset cruises come with upscale snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and professional catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
For guaranteeing availability, we suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks prior, especially during high season from May to September. For business gatherings and private parties, booking 4–6 weeks beforehand allows for ample time to tailor the experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are hazardous, we will propose a rescheduling to another convenient date or issue a complete refund. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if there are any concerns about the weather 24 hours ahead of the set departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also take pride in our excellent catering offerings, which can be tailored to your dietary preferences. Note that for safety we do not allow glass containers onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to make our services available to everyone. Our fleet includes vessels with various accessibility features. We encourage you to reach out with your specific needs during reservation, so we can suggest the most suitable yacht and organize the required facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made more than 72 hours prior to the departure are eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund is provided. No refund is given for cancellations within 24 hours unless the reason is due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
